SHIPPING PROVIDER POLICY

We are not responsible for any shipping issues caused by the shipping carrier. Once an order is shipped, it is out of our control.

  • Invalid or Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or invalid address is provided, we cannot intervene or redirect the package.
  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If a package is lost or delayed due to the shipping carrier, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for further assistance. We do not cover replacements or refunds for lost shipments.
  • Delivery Issues: If tracking shows a package as "delivered" but the customer has not received it, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds. Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office for further assistance.
